Kathy Jordan, our Director, has over twenty years of experience in a variety of career counseling roles in academic, non-profit, and corporate settings. Prior to coming to Radford University, she worked as the Managing Consultant of Drake Beam Morin, a well known executive outplacement firm, in Richmond Virginia. She has relationships in the private and corporate sectors with executives from many Fortune 500 companies. The Director assists graduate students and seniors with full time job searches and in employer development. |

John Liptak, our Associate Director, is a recognized authority in the career assessment and career planning field. He has authored numerous articles and texts as well as developed well respected career assessment instruments. He works with students to assist them in career decisions and major selection. His goal is for Radford University students to find an academic discipline and career that meets their personal goals and to understand how to implement the major in employment options. |

Paulette Litteral, Assistant Director for Business Development and Employer Recruitment, has a strong background in career counseling, consulting, and training in the business sector. An alumnus of RU, Ms. Litteral provides the link between employers, students and faculty at Radford University through delivery of career development programs. She manages and directs major career center events including on-campus recruiting and interviewing, career fairs, and senior job-search seminars. Ms. Litteral takes pride in delivery of programs that offer Radford University students the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to the world of employment. |

Eric Melniczek, our Assistant Director for Senior Advising, has over ten years of experience as a technical recruiter and career counselor. He has created and cultivated relationships with recruiters in a variety of organizations. Teresa Dickens, our Assistant Director for Service Learning, has worked at Radford University for the past five years in the CELCD assisting with coordination of all career development activities and programs. Ms. Dickens is a long time resident of Radford and has a strong commitment to the community and the university’s influence on community affairs. She works in collaboration with community agencies and organizations to engage RU students in valuable service-learning experiences. |

Carolyn Sutphin, our Database Manager and Web Developer, is an expert in educational technologies and serves both the employers and students by maintaining our "HireAHighlander" site for resume postings and employment options. She creates and maintains our webpage at http://www.radford.edu/careers. She also serves as Coordinator for the Nursing Fair held every year in the fall. Radford University and the Center for Experiential Learning and Career Development have placed a strong focus on virtual delivery methods for linking employers and students. |

Tammy Rorrer our Office Manager, handles the reception of students, employers, and faculty to the Center. In her role she meets and greets thousands of students each year who utilize the Center’s resources.
